Astrology + Tarot – KUDRA WAGNER

This form is an appointment request form; after you complete and submit the form, I will contact you to set up the appointment based on our mutual availability. Most sessions for astrology and tarot are booked for weekends and Mondays. Alternative dates and times are available with enough notice.

First time clients will need to submit a deposit of 50% of the service charge at the time of their first booking (the second half to be paid after the completion of service). An exception can be made via reference, please list the reference’s name in the last field of the form.

Returning clients may need to submit a deposit on a case-by-case basis.
